CULTURAL REWILDING presents a scaled version of the statue from Pierre-Jean De Smet, one of the many Jesuits who took it on themselves to convert natives in the new world and in his case in North America. The statue is adorned with a native American headset and at the bottom the world CON(i)NVERT is written to emphasize that is about time to be ourselves converted to more indigenous cultures.
