CULTURAL REWILDING's founder Alberto Frigo Cana (1979) was born in the alps and studied at Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design in Vancouver. In Sweden he got a Master of Science in Art and Technology at Chalmers and a PhD in Critical and Cultural Theory at Sodertorn. After teaching at both universities and at Konstfack College of Art and Design, he was a teacher at Tongji in Shanghai. Later he worked on research projects at Harvard Graduate School of Design and became project leader at MIT Design Lab. He was awarded at Ars Electronica and has been exhibited at the Hasselblad foundation and other museums until he decided to focus on more ecological projects promoting a more indigenous way of life.
